My parents/guardians and I have read and reviewed the Delaware Valley Regional High School Student Handbook, located on the Del Val website at www.dvrhs.org, and understand that all Del Val rules will be strictly enforced for all students. By purchasing the ticket, I agree to adhere to the aforementioned rules. My parents/guardians will ensure that a parent/guardian or designated emergency contact will be available during the evening of the Prom in the event that I am required to leave.

I understand that I am required to put the prom attendee's name (not the parent's name)  and student contact information (student Del Val email only)  in the guest details portion of the checkout screen.

Your ticket is non-transferable without the express permission of the prom advisors.

All out of district guests must have a form that can be picked up in the main office or will be emailed to you.

No refunds will be issued 3 days past purchase date.
